Manual locking hubs are identified by the "LOCK" & "FREE" on the face of the hub itself and the lever to operate the manual transfer case located on the floor of the cab
Installation instructions:
STEP 1: REMOVING THE HUB
Remove the center cap using a pry bar or screwdriver
Remove the snap ring from the hub
Pull the hub out
If the hub is stuck spray it with penetrating oil and let it sit for a while
Hit it with a rubber mallet from the top and bottom until it loosens and pull it free
STEP 2: INSTALLING A NEW HUB
Clean the inside of the hub with a wire brush
If available use compressed air to spray out the debris
Push the new hub into place
Use a rubber mallet to help the O-ring seat
Put the snap ring on
Replace the center cap

All 2005 thru 2016 Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 WITH Manual Locking Hubs
Will Not Fit 2010 Ford F 350 super duty with V 10.
