    The WAM Rods hood strut kit includes everything necessary to convert your current hood hinges from the old springs to a gas strut.
    The kit includes struts, laser cut mounting plates, all needed hardware, & full color detailed instructions.
    Please note our kits are designed for steel hoods only.
    Does not include hinges. We recommend replacing your hinges at the same time to ensure they are in good working order.
    We recommend hood hinges from
    Classic Parts
    (part # 38-476 & 38-475).
    This system can work with or without factory inner fenders or with Slosh Tubz.
